To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Indian Geotechnical Society, the IGS Trichy Chapter, in collaboration with the NIT, Tiruchirappalli, NIT Puducherry, and the Bureau of Indian Standards, organized a one-day workshop with the theme "Importance of Standards in Construction Field" and the Grand Finale of Geo-Champions 2023 on November 28, 2023 at NIT Trichy.

Congratulations to the entire organizing team headed by IGS Trichy Chairman Dr. K. Muthukkumaran and Secretary - Dr. V. Senthilkumar. Kudos to the winners and the enthusiastic young students from across the country for active participation! Special thanks to the speakers, Er. Madhurima Madhav and Dr C R Parthasarathy.
