BRIEF PROFILE
Dr. Amit Srivastava, is currently working as Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. He did his B.E. from University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee), and M.E. & Ph.D from IISc, Bangalore. He has 13+ years of post PhD teaching and research experience, 4 years of industry experience after graduation, 1.5 years research experience after post graduation and 4 years of research experience during PhD, amounting total experience as 22.5 years. His area of research interest is Geotechnical Engineering and his PhD work was related to “Risk Analysis of Earth Dams under Static and Earthquake Loading conditions”.
