Dynamic IGS Student Chapter of D.Y. Patil COE, Akurdi, Pune, organised an expert talk in the topic ‘Near Surface geophysics applications’, delivered by Vice Chairman of IGS Pune Chapter, Dr. Krishnaiah. The event was held on 31^st August 2023. The talk emphasized the use of geophysical methods in geotechnical investigations to deliver better and higher resolution subsurface images and provide representative locations for direct measurements.
